Returns and Exchanges in Chile:
What can I do if I want to change the product I bought?
-To request an exchange of a product you have a maximum of 30 (Thirty) days from the date of purchase by presenting the receipt, invoice or exchange ticket.
How do I request the exchange of my purchase?
1.-Go to the website https://indiachic.reversso.cl/ and follow the instructions.
2.-Within 5 (five) working days your request will be answered, indicating if it applies or not (India Chic reserves the right to analyze the reasons for the change request).
3.-It is worth mentioning that if the change is executed, the shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
4.-You can also come directly to our store to exchange your purchase. We are in Mall Casa Costanera, local 224, Ground Floor. Opening hours from 10:00 to 20:30 hrs from Monday to Sunday. Mall Address: Av Nueva Costanera 3900, Vitacura.
5.- The product(s) must be unused, with the corresponding labels and in perfect condition, including the original packaging or boxes and the receipt or sales receipt. In the event that the product or products do not comply with the above, or it is evident that it has been used by the customer, there is no possibility of exchange and will be returned to the sender.
6.- Products that have been altered, personalized and with adjustments (canes, tweezers, cuts, etc.) cannot be exchanged.
7.- The products with discount over 30% will have only 10 days to be exchanged. If the discount is lower, the 30 days will be respected.
India Chic does not refund money, except for online purchases. The customer will have a period of 10 days to make effective their right of withdrawal either by requesting it via email or by coming to our store.
You must present a receipt or copy of the receipt, and the product must be in perfect condition and with its corresponding label.
The refund of the money will be made to the customer's bank account in case the payment has been made by bank transfer or debit card, in case of credit card, the cancellation and refund will be made to the same, within a maximum period of 5 working days after the product has been delivered.
9.- If the product was altered or modified by the customer with: coarse, cuts, arrangements in general, has been used, washed, stained, marked, etc., loses the right to change.
Remember: In the event that Comercial India Chic Limitada considers that the returned product or products do not comply with the above, it reserves the right NOT to make the change, and will be returned to the customer, without prior consultation and accompanied by the justification and reason for rejection.
Note: The products marked or cataloged as PRE-SALE that have discount for early purchase, are entitled to 30 days for changes, term that will be counted from the day of delivery of the product.
If your product has a manufacturing fault within 6 (Six) months from the date of purchase, you can request an exchange or a refund. The legal guarantee can be granted as long as you return the product with your purchase receipt. What is the procedure to request my legal guarantee? 1.-Send a formal email explaining your case, you must attach a photo of the product and the sales document to the following address: firstname.lastname@example.org 2.-Within 3 (Three) working days your request will be answered. 3.-It is worth mentioning that if the exchange or refund of money is executed, the shipping costs will be charged to the company. You must indicate your address to pick up the product (this may take from 5 to 10 days). The product must be sent with the sales receipts. We will send you a transport to pick up the product (which can be through a transport company or courier duly established in Chile). Once the product has been received in our branches and it can be checked/checked for any fault, we will proceed to refund the money by means of a bank transfer. Money refunds are made within 5 (five) working days.
Clarifications: If the product was altered or modified in any way by the customer: canes, cuts, tweezers, arrangements in general, etc.. It automatically loses the legal warranty. The product goes through a quality control and if it is not accepted, it will be returned to the sender without prior notice.
After-sales inquiries will be attended within 3 (Three) working days. These policies are endorsed by Law N19496.
